-x-axis is moving the wrong direction.
change: dir_pin: PB9 to dir_pin: !PB9 in stepper x


This is where my help ends because I am still new to learning this setup and spent most of my time making this guide. Most of the experienced people who have used the CoPrint products are in their official Discord.
